“Giving feels good.” is Ohio State’s year-round employee giving program. The name represents feedback from employees who say it feels good to support the things that matter to them. Our goal is to connect you to the people and programs that you are most passionate about by giving of your time, talent and treasure in a way that feels good to you.
Support from employees provides funding for important initiatives on all of Ohio State’s campuses. Employees make a powerful impact on the work we do at Ohio State through their giving, and their support is a demonstration of Buckeye pride.
Government funding covers only a fraction of the costs associated with running such a large university and medical center and providing services to the thousands of students and patients we help.
Yes. Your financial support any time of the year to any cause at Ohio State makes a valuable impact and counts toward participation in the employee giving campaign.
The median gift made by employees is about $100. And, thousands of employees are giving each year! Every gift is important. Whatever the amount, your gift combines with others to provide critical funding.
We encourage you to consider giving by payroll deduction. While all it takes to participate is $1, a gift of $5 or $10 per pay to the cause of your choice shows your commitment to the success of the program, research, patient care initiative or scholarship you choose to support.
